INGREDIENTS:
1 tbs. whole black pepper (Kali Mirch)
4 tbs. cumin seeds (Zeera)
1 tsp. cloves (Laung)
4-5 black cardamom (Bari Ilaichi) seeds
METHOD:Roast all the ingredients and then grind into a powder. |
