Dil faqat hijr se aabaad nahi rakh sakta
jan-e-jan ab main tujhay yaad nahi rakh sakta

tu agar hai tu kise lamha-e-wajood main aa
weham par main teri bunyaad nahi rakh sakta

tu jub bhe chahay mujhay choor k ja sakta hai
es say zada main tujhay shaad nahi kar sakata

mera wada hai tera saath nibhaoun ga zaroor
han magar es k liye koe meaad nahi rakh sakta
