INGREDIENTS:
1 ounce (1/4 cup) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Salt, if desired
Pepper, if desired
Chopped red bell pepper, if desired
Chopped fresh parsley, if desired
METHOD:
1. Spray 10-inch skillet with no-stick cooking spray; heat skillet over medium heat. Pour liquid egg product into skillet; cook 30 seconds; sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired. Lift edge of eggs and pull toward the center while lifting pan to allow uncooked egg to cover pan; repeat as needed until mixture is set (2 to 3 minutes).
2. Sprinkle cheese over half of omelet; gently flip 1 side of omelet over filling. Carefully slide omelet onto serving plate. Sprinkle with chopped red pepper and parsley, if desired.
Makes 1 serving. |

thanks for the recipe i just tried it....i put a bit too much salt lol but it was really good thanks  |
